365 Insurance Brokers Ltd. Acquires Insurance Assets of Ontario-based Brokerage, CoralLife Inc.

 

Toronto, January 18, 2023 - 365 Insurance Brokers Limited (365), an Ontario-based insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of life insurance brokerage, CoralLife Incorporated (CoralLife). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 

Based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, Ernest Greenwood of CoralLife has provided life insurance products since ­1983.

 

“I know that 365 will provide outstanding guidance and service to my valued clients going forward,” said Ernest Greenwood, President of CoralLife. “I can transition to retirement knowing that my clients will be looked after by a professional brokerage, with a structure that is similar to my own firm. I am confident that my clients will find the overall experience offered by 365 to be equal to what CoralLife has delivered for 39 years.”

 

Ernest Greenwood and his spouse Janice, plan to travel and spend more quality time with their children and grandchildren during their retirement.
